三、資格條件：

1. 熱愛教育事業(yè)，遵守教師職業(yè)道德、師德師風良好。

2. 具有政治學等領(lǐng)域博士學位，且具有較為豐富的研究和教學經(jīng)歷，教學效果良好。

3. 具有能反映個人明確教學理念、良好課程教學結(jié)果、創(chuàng)新教學方法、優(yōu)良課程效果或規(guī)范教學資料的相關(guān)成果。（如：在期刊或會議上發(fā)表教學論文、參與編寫教學資料、獲院級（含）以上教學獎勵、其他相關(guān)資料或證明等。）

1. Positions:

I. Tenure-track positions:

· Comparative Politics, Tenured Professor.

· Political Theory, Assistant Professor.

II. Teaching position:

2. Requirements:

II. Applicants holding or nearly completing a doctorate degree in political science or related fields, accompanied by extensive and impactful teaching experience.
