POSITION OVERVIEW 職位概況:
? To ensure inventory is accurate to meet customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED職位要求:
? Grade 12 education / technical school or above and equivalent and work experience,
? 高中/中專以上學歷，且有工作經驗
? Productive plant spare parts management experience more than one year
? 1年以上生產性工廠內部備件管理經驗；
? Familiar with the characteristics of mechanical and electrical equipment, have the consciousness of cost control
? 熟悉機電設備的特性，有成本控制意識；
? Simple English reading and writing
? 能使用簡單的英文讀寫；
? Must be proficient in the use of computer software (Microsoft, Excel, Windows, Power point, etc.)
? 必須熟練應用計算機軟件（Microsoft, Excel, Windows, Power point, 等.)
RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS職位描述；
? Implement company's rules and regulations, implement and perfect the norms of warehouse operation standard and process, improve efficiency, reduce cost；
? 執行公司的規章制度，執行和完善倉庫的規范作業標準及流程，提高效率，降低成本；
? Complete all spare parts of transceiver and filing work；
? 完成所有備品備件的收發和保管工作；
? Complete all new vehicles parts of material, standard parts, KD parts, spare parts and other ERP basic data write and maintain；
? 完成所有新增車型零件的材料、標準件、KD件、備品備件等的ERP基礎數據編寫及維護；
? Complete all materials with safety stock spare parts in ERP system application for library；
? 完成所有ERP系統備品備件有安全庫存的物料申請備庫；
? Spare parts complete and update all kinds of report and system data；
? 備品庫各類報表及系統數據完成及更新；
? Spare parts library of all kinds of documents audit, sorting, archiving and preservation work；
? 備品庫各類單據的審核，整理，歸檔和保管工作；
? Safety stock alert and response, the processing of anomalies (such as emergency needs)；
? 安全庫存預警及應對，異常情況的處理（如緊急需求件）；
? Cycle count spare parts library materials, The result of the inventory analysis and adjustment；
? 循環盤點備品庫物料，對盤點結果進行分析及調整；
? Ensure that the storage of chemicals in the warehouse meet the national requirements and have effective MSDS.
? 確保倉庫的化學品存儲都符合國家要求，都有有效的MSDS。
? Organize and participate in chemical leakage drill can effectively deal with chemical incidents
? 組織參與化學品泄漏演練，能夠有效的處理化學品事件。
? The daily management of warehouse keeper, team building and training work
? 庫管員的日常管理，團隊建設和培訓工作；
? Responsible for the warehouse 5 s work
? 本庫房5S工作。
? Continuous improvement, and to observe the safety work specification
? 要不斷改進工作，并遵守安全工作規范
? Understand and implement the requirements of TS16949
? 理解并貫徹TS16949的要求
? 完成上級安排的其他工作。
? Complete other tasks assigned by Manager.
