QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED職位要求:
? Minimum 3 years work-related experience in automotive field
? 至少3年的相關工作經驗在汽車領域
? Minimum 1 year management experience
? 至少1年的管理工作經驗
? Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

? Makes personnel decisions in shopfloor.

? The shop floor shift leaders report to him. (As current organization chart)

? Be authorized to make decision to stop production in emergency situation (With risk of people injured, with risk of quality failure, with risk of machine damaged)

RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS職位描述;
? Enhance leadership in shopfloor continually.
? 持續提高車間領導力
? Ensure that accurate daily supervisor routing are completed,
? 確保精確完成主管工作日志
? Be responsible for monitoring production objectives (OEE, scrap, personnel).
? 負責監督各項生產指標(設備綜合效率,廢品率,生產人員利用率)
? Supervise process documents (PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan, WI, Training documents) to be implemented in production.
? 督導過程文件(潛在失效模式分析、流程圖、防錯計劃、作業指導書、培訓文件)在生產上被執行
? Be responsible for implementation of Kaizen process in shopfloor.
? 負責持續改進活動在車間的執行。
? Support machine/assembly process optimization.
? 協助機器,裝配工藝的分析和優化
? Support production manager to reduce production cost (Increase utilization rate, reduce consumable cost and increase productivity).
? 協助生產經理降低成本(提高設備利用率、降低消耗品成 本及提高生產力)
? Recruit new operators.

? Monthly review and evaluate operators' performance

? Continually improve teamwork (skill/training, motivation, morale, communication) in shop floor.

? Plan, coordinate and control personnel development in shopfloor.

? EHS coordination in shopfloor.
? 車間EHS協調工作
? Maintain positive communication between departments,

? Encourage and promote positive feedback and suggestions from the operators,
