Job responsibility
Responsible for managing the laboratory's testing reliability: ensure testing method in compliance with global method and procedures. This role will also have responsibilities for maintaining plant quality management system.
Responsibilities:
61 Work with PRP to develop the laboratory's new testing methods and implement ILU with Global labs;
61 Work with the laboratory staff to ensure that all the equipment, materials, and reagents used are well-maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
61 Trouble shooting of testing abnormal and deviation, investigate the measurement system including Operation, Method, Equipment, Sample and Environment.
61 Generate, review, and approve lab reports, certificates of analysis, and other related documents.
61 Maintain accurate records of all lab activities and results.
61 Routine maintain LIMS and SAP daily status review according to product release protocol.
61 Support raw material and packaging material performance monitoring. Support quality engineer to develop raw material incoming inspection methods.
61 Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions as needed.
61 Other task that assigned from quality Manager.
Qualification
61 Education: Bachelor or above major in Applied Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry or related
61 Working experience: 5 above years related working experience.
61 Familiar with IATF 16949
