Job Description
崗位職責(zé)
- Drive the Perfect Order Cycle Approach to minimize waste and complexities in the end-to-end order-to-cash flow
- Implement new technology to improve demand capture accuracy and efficiency.
Resolve demand capture failures, resolve blocked orders, manage stock allocation and delivery creation issues, and handle returns and refusals through customer interaction and compliance assessment.
- Collaborate with other teams and make system changes to improve order fulfillment and resolve issues. Analyze data to understand customer behavior, trends, and risks, and takes actions to mitigate out of stock risks.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team to meet internal and external KPIs, monitoring target achievements, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality and process alignment. Ensure regular monitoring of open orders according to SOP.

- 推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部的持續(xù)改進(jìn),以達(dá)到內(nèi)部和外部的關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo),監(jiān)控目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)情況,管理與主要利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系,確保質(zhì)量和流程的一致性。確保按照 SOP 定期監(jiān)控未結(jié)訂單。

- Strong Supply Chain and Demand Management knowledge and expertise
- College/University degree required
