必須有制造業(yè)相關經驗
Work scope:- Use Excel to reconcile manufacturing data from vendor / OEM with approved data sources
- Communicate with vendor/ OEM to collect required information, follow up and resolve data issue
- Manage group email, use Excel to consolidate data and generate standard template
- Can consult employee for questions or issues arisen, but the candidate is expected to work independently without close supervision
Qualification:
- Attention to details as we highly focus on accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both our team and our vendor/OEM
- Strong excel skills(proficient in excel formulas e.g. vlookup, sumifs). Quick learner to pick up other data tool such as Tableau
- Able to read and reply emails in English
- Able to work under tight timeline if work requires
