YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets or exceeds individual sales target set by the company through scientific product promotion to key customers.通過向重點(diǎn)客戶進(jìn)行科學(xué)的產(chǎn)品推廣完成公司設(shè)定的個人銷售目標(biāo)。
Acts to meet customer expectations by sustaining regular contact, demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and delivery of scientific services in order to build superior relationships with key stakeholders.通過維持經(jīng)常聯(lián)系,熟練掌握產(chǎn)品知識并提供科學(xué)服務(wù)來建立與核心利益相關(guān)者的卓越關(guān)系,滿足客戶期望。
Organizes scientific lectures and prepares speaker contracts.組織科學(xué)講座并準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)合同。
Organizes roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area.組織圓桌會議以促進(jìn)在指定銷售區(qū)域核心專家間的科學(xué)討論。
Assists the Marketing Department to promote the organization of regional meetings and assists the supervisor to complete bidding procedures and health services.協(xié)助市場部門促進(jìn)地區(qū)會議的組織,并協(xié)助主管完成招標(biāo)程序和健康服務(wù)。
Provides accurate market information feedback and updates information in various databases, including the daily documentation of his/her activities in the CRM system.提供準(zhǔn)確的市場信息反饋,并更新包括其在CRM系統(tǒng)中活動的日常文檔在內(nèi)的不同數(shù)據(jù)庫的信息。
Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.參加特殊項(xiàng)目,如大型促銷活動、推出新產(chǎn)品和新的營銷舉措。

WHO YOU ARE
University degree and above, major in Medicine.大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)藥學(xué)專業(yè)。
Two to three years ( /-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales.藥品銷售二至三年左右工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base.掌握產(chǎn)品、市場和客戶群相關(guān)知識。
Good business sensitivity, learning ability and sales skills.良好的業(yè)務(wù)敏感度、學(xué)習(xí)能力和銷售能力。
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive.出色的溝通與人際交往能力,積極主動。
Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts in medical field.與醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的醫(yī)學(xué)專家建立良好關(guān)系的能力。
Good innovation and development capacity.良好的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展能力。
Customer-orientation.客戶導(dǎo)向。
