Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline. ? 3 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery. ? Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong communication and coaching skills. ? Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions. ? Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools. Desirable Experience ? Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations. ?
