Job Task 崗位職責 1. 負責產品開發 Responsible for product development. 1.1 負責根據愛德夏體系文件PMS規定的流程做產品設計開發（3D建模及2D 圖紙設計，包括運動分析、公差分析等相關設計工作）。 Responsible for product design （3D module, 2D drawing, Kinematic study, tolerance analysis etc.） according to Edscha PMS procedure. 1.2 負責編制產品責任書、BOM及DFMEA，與工廠討論制造可行性分析、產品關鍵重要特性及PFMEA等技術文件 Responsible for product standard performance specifications, BOM and DFMEA, Communication with Edscha Plant for feasibility study ，Overview special product and process characteristics and PFMEA etc. 1.3 負責相關產品項目文件夾的整理、匯編，并將設計、過程經驗形成文件，收集匯編專有技術并存檔至Know-How文件夾。 Responsible for coordinating and collection of project folders, and make the design and Process experience into documentation, collect and store special technical Know-How. 1.4 負責與供應商或客戶技術會談，并事前做好必要的準備及會后做好報告。 Responsible for technical discussions with suppliers and customers include previous Preparations and documentation after discussion. 1.5 負責根據外部和內部的工程更改要求更新產品設計及產品圖紙。 Responsible for updating of product design and drawings according to external and internal technical changes. 1.6 在Edpro中維護項目，并確保根據項目進度計劃按時完成工作。 Regularly maintain project in Edpro and assure to complete his/her task on time according the agreed project time schedule. 1.7 在合肥及其他區域維護客戶端對工程技術問題的及時支持反饋。 Actively support Hefei and other located OEM engineering topic communication. 2. 負責產品小組的管理 Responsible for lead of product team 2.1 配合總部團隊在合肥及其他區域客戶端及工廠端的各項項目相關事宜。Support EAT engineering communication with Hefei and other located customer and Edscha plant. 2.2 負責及時跟蹤小組的項目狀況，定期更新項目問題清單。 Responsible for monitoring project development status
