?? 工作職責(zé) / Responsibilities

• 開(kāi)發(fā)并維護(hù)土耳其市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商與客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò)
  
• 制定銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃，完成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)，擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品覆蓋率
  
• 對(duì)接本地電動(dòng)車(chē)、電池渠道商，挖掘合作機(jī)會(huì)
  
• 跟蹤行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)，提供市場(chǎng)反饋與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析
  
• 與總部銷(xiāo)售與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品落地
  
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local distributors and key clients in Turkey
  
• Achieve sales targets and expand product penetration across the region
  
• Build strategic partnerships in the battery and electric mobility sectors
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  
• Work closely with HQ sales and technical teams to ensure localized support
  

? 任職要求 / Requirements

• 至少3年電池、電動(dòng)車(chē)或相關(guān)能源產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
  
• 熟悉土耳其本地的電動(dòng)兩輪/三輪車(chē)、電池或儲(chǔ)能市場(chǎng)
  
• 流利的英語(yǔ)溝通能力，能與總部協(xié)作無(wú)障礙
  
• 能接受出差，有獨(dú)立開(kāi)拓和項(xiàng)目管理能力
  
• 有當(dāng)?shù)厍蕾Y源者優(yōu)先考慮
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in battery, e-mobility, or related energy product sales
  
• Deep understanding of Turkey's EV, battery, or storage market
  
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
  
• Willing to travel and capable of independent market development
  
• Existing distributor or customer network is a strong advantage
