?Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather judgmental input on future sales, validate and get alignment of SKU/CSO level sale forecast
與銷售和市場部合作，收集對未來銷售的判斷信息，驗證并對SKU/CSO級別的銷售預測達成一致
?Execute demand planning consists of standard demand, phase-in/ phase-out, promotions, cannibalization effect, etc.
執行需求計劃：包括日常標準需求、新老品切換、促銷計劃等
?Day-to-day operational supply control from supplier to local warehouse and regular exchange with suppliers
負責從供應商到當地倉庫的日常供貨控制，以及與供應商的定期交流
?Take actions in case of supply issues (e.g. transportation delay) in collaboration with physical distribution
在出現供應問題（例如運輸延誤）時，與實物流部門協作采取行動
?Monitor stock availability and inventory structure, ensure healthy inventory level in warehouse
監控庫存水平和庫存結構，確保倉庫庫存水平健康
?Planning master data and parameter setting (incl. planning strategy, MOQ etc..)
計劃主數據和參數設置（包括計劃策略、最小起訂量等）
?Continuously work to improve demand planning forecast accuracy , improve stock availability and reduce overstock
不斷提高需求計劃預測準確性，提高庫存可用性并減少呆滯庫存
職位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上學歷
?1-3 years working experience preferred
1-3 年工作經驗者優先
?Good knowledge in supply chain planning and S
