Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
o The key job role is to lead Innovation Appraisal and BKS program. This includes:
o Responsible for product performance evaluation based on deep consumer and technical insight
o Generate and support appealing claims based with robust methodology development
o Responsible for Home Care Product Knowledge based selling (KBS) or science communication. Generate technology-based product story and demos to demonstrate product superiority.
o Interaction in a multi-disciplinary business environment, providing a critical link between the business, particularly the R
