The Account Manager is responsible to maintain existing business and try to explore more opportunities to enable the growth of business in China. The major customers will include OEM, foundry and OSATs and this role engages and establishes the good relationship, provide excellent service and engage technologies/products for more applications. Key Responsibilities o Cooperate with global sales team to develop and create the new business opportunities with strategic customers in China.o Maintain and present APT technologies and products to customer. Project management and follow-up capabilityo Has the capability to build up the relationship and understand customer requirement in order to provide appropriate products or solutionso Utilize your product technologies to deliver the value proposition to customerso Good communication skill. Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmento Collect industry/ customer trend, customer process knowledge, and competition information to drive DuPont Product and solution development for maintaining DuPont Marketing leadershipQualifications and Experienceo Strategic view with excellent technical competency, analytical ability, good judgment and strong customer focus. o 7 years’ experience in a semi-conductor industry. o Have experience to co-works with different functional groups and have good communications skills, presentation skills, coordination skills and negotiation skills.o Customer orientation: Create shared value by continually learning about customers’ challenges and building mutually beneficial relationships based on transparency, fairness and a collaborative approach to solve problems and bring benefits to customers.o With strong growth mindset Educationo Technical degree requiredo Master of engineering Preferred
