Objectives of the Position To achieve related KPI by process execution and optimization, quality incident trouble shooting. 通過工藝執行、優化、問題分析跟蹤來達成各項生產質量指標. To implement/carry out automation methodology in production, achieving optimization or improvements in efficiency and quality. 通過引入/實施自動化控制來實現生產效率、質量等的優化和提升。Main Tasks Improving productivity or quality performance by implementing technical or process optimization. 通過引入新設備, 技術, 工藝改進提高效率或者提升質量. To investigate the root cause of internal/external complaints, prepare the quality corrective report and track the implementation of corrective measures. 參與調查內外部質量投訴, 包括提出改善措施, 編寫質量問題報告, 落實跟蹤整改措施. To track the production progress daily in order to increase the productivity and improve the quality by finding and correcting problems in time. 跟蹤生產過程, 發現問題并加以改進, 提高生產效率和產品質量. To draft and update SOP and provide training accordingly. 起草或優化SOP, 開展工藝培訓. Lead PFEMA analysis progress for different product layer 不同產品涂層產品工藝的PFEMA分析 To draft trials or trial production plan in order to solve related quality issues. 起草相關試驗或者試生產方案，以解決相關質量問題. Participate SHE review, MOC, providing processing technical support. 參與SHE Review 和MOC, 負責提供工藝技術支持. Process related PID draft and modification including C
