Job Tasks
1. Plan, organize, control and coordinate in each phase of projects, project filter(e.g. new project meetings), control (kick off/approval/prioritization), manage(review/audit/monitoring/escalation)
2. Prepare relevant project documentation and audits, implement, update and continuously improve project management related process
3. Planning/process improvement and cross departmental coordination
4. Act as key window between customer and internal, manage and communicate to achieve acceptable result for both
5. Act as business entrepreneur for his/her own project
6. Report and escalate timely, update and report the project progress in regular activity such as monthly project review and gate review
7. Act as key user in Edscha Project Management System
8. Organize know-how transfer ( Lessons learned )
9. Leads the project team and prepares project steering group meetings
10. Leads and control serial changes include product upgrades, cost saving programs
11. Budget adherence for application
