Tasks of the function1) Drive the business understanding for the motor drive
train relevant digitalization market: Understand, collect and observe market
development and customer requirements in terms of motor/ drive train
digitalization (incl. data collection, analytics, domain specific algorithmic
and data calculation, predictive maintenance, etc.). Initiate customer
touchpoints to understand their business pain points in need for a digital
solution.2) Define and develop as a product manager in agile approach concepts
of a successful digitalization offering. This can be done together with
internal resources or external partners. The product manager is responsible for
the PLM (product lifecycle) of the product and in this role coordinating
various functions supporting the product development.3) Support the definition,
creation, and adaption of the digitalization strategy for low voltage motors
for LVM in the new Company in collaboration with the digitalization departments
of the other business segments.4) Find partnering concepts to empower internal
and external partners and scale digitalization business. Identify, evaluate,
and prioritize specific opportunities in support of a broader partnering and
co-creation strategy.5) Develop and implement Go-to-market strategies most
fitting to the overall business situation and need.
