Objectives of the Position
Conduct and coordinate sales and account management activities in the assigned account
Main Tasks
-Serve as the first / main contact to customers for daily business in the country and ensure customer satisfaction to the largest extent
-Plan, develop and implement market and customer strategies, marketing and business concepts as well as product and service portfolios for the accounts; negotiate prices and terms
-Develop and implement market intelligence based local account strategy (incl. proposed investment plan for Capex, labs, technical service etc.) in line with global and regional frameworks
-In accordance with corporate strategic goals, control and secure cooperation and provides support in business development incl. development of contracts / bids
-Formulate and implement the operative pricing policy (in compliance with the strategic pricing policy) and plan the sales volume
-Conduct material forecast (incl. imports and local production)
-Develop local market and competitor analyses
-Pass on customer requirements to the company via interfaces and manage customer complaints
-Keep close contact and cooperation with other company departments to fulfill customers’ needs in support of company strategies and achieving targeted market profit
-Input into budgeting and participation in MTF
-Monitor inventories and ensure timely collection of receivables
-Manage technical service management
-People management
-Ensure EHS, product quality, formula change management and quality management
