Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Supervise his responsible production dept. for a high productivity by optimization of the human resource investment and machine availability, and coordinating the related technical resources.
2. Follow superior’s decision and complete assigned task in timely manner
3. Communicate and align the arrangement within dept.
4. Supervise the dept. to accomplish all operational and administrative task.
5. Supervise and ensure the operational execution by the staff is completely compliance with the defined procedure and instruction.
6. Drive for the implementation of 5S and safety standard to ensure shopfloor environment is always maintained at a very clean and tidy level.
7. Abide the progress of production lot according to the schedule.
8. Anticipate on, and recognise and take action for events/situations that could adversely affect production efficiencies.
9. Drive for problem solving for any issue related to production in timely manner.
10. Coordinate with related department and staff to assure the dept. staff hiring and qualification accomplishment to cope with production demand.
11. Ensure training to all the staff is systematic organized and well prepared, aiming that the trainee effectively learn and understand how to execute defined rules and task completion.
12. Information distribution and communication between LS,ME,QE and process engineers as well as other co-working departments.
13. Monitor and ensure the proper usage of Manufacturing Execution System.
14. Drive for operational development
15. Supervise the vacancy planning so as to minimize production impact.
16. Manage and reduce the wastage of the production resources.
17. Responsible for the execution of once approved budget on time and in budget.
18. Ensure standardization of each process is maintained across all related functions.
19. Implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, OHAS18001.
Requirement：
1. Coach and appraise subordinates
2. Team management
3. Education of college or above.
4. Experience in related industry manufacture.
5. Good organisation skills and leadership skill.
6. Good Written and oral English.
7. Computer skills
