What You’ll Do for Us

Support OU and system membership and engagement in leading
industrial association and business forums and so forth to ensure that OU and
system’s positions on key policies and national and industrial initiatives and
standards are well presented.

Support engagement with key tertiary and academia
institutions and think tanks.

·
As part of the networked organization of PACS, identify and
leverage collaboration opportunities with the organizations covered to
contribute to the corporate branding, business development and sustainability
initiatives.

·
Take care of GA team’s financial and administrative tasks to
ensure efficient operation.

Function Related Activities /Key Responsibilities

·
Support membership/engagement with both associations and
universities/other academia.

·
Identify collaboration opportunities and work with internal
stakeholders to fully leverage.

·
Coordinate system presence at events hosted by these
organizations to drive corporate reputation.

·
Manage administrative duties and financial tasks such as
budgeting, expense reporting, tracking payments and invoices and other
financial records.
